Due to your generous support, Lifeline has 15 Christian schools, which educate 9,000+ students in Haiti, Honduras, and the Navajo Reservation!
Haiti & Honduras
Lifeline’s Christian schools are open to anyone in the community. Children typically enroll in preschool or around age five. In Haiti, most of Lifeline’s schools continue through sixth grade; only Lifeline’s school at Mahotiere has a middle and high school. In Honduras, Lifeline’s schools currently go through middle school, with a year of high school added as students move up.
Lifeline ministers to the poorest of poor children and our nominal tuition is the lowest of any schools in Haiti and Honduras.
As part of their education, the children receive: Christian training, Bible classes, and devotions; the education curriculum mandated by the Haitian or Honduran government; additional programs initiated by Lifeline, such as computer science and sports programs; lunch each school day during the school year; and health care.
The Red Sands Christian School is open to anyone in the community. The school is a private Christian school which prides itself on meeting, or exceeding, academic standards while basing it all on a strong Biblical value system. The Bible is the source for our teaching and the source for all that we live by: in the classroom and at home!
How can you help?
- Pray for the students, teachers and staff. Pray that they shine Jesus' love to their fellow students and in their communities.
