Andy shares:

"I've worked in ministry my entire life, but living on mission is something completely different. Since hearing God's unmistakeable call to disciple a new generation of leaders, I had no idea God might want to use me the way that he has with Lifeline. He's introduced me to amazing leaders around the world who've become my friends, my inspiration and a whole lot of fun.

At home, I'm just an ordinary guy. I'm married with three grown daughters and 4 fun-loving grandkids who I'm terribly proud of. I watch more sports than I play these days. I love to laugh and usually eat too much.

But for some reason God has chosen to send me to exotic places to develop some of his best leaders. They do all the work and take all the risks. It's my job to invest all I can into them, to remind them who God says they are, and to watch the amazing things He is able do through them.

I've got the best job in the world!"
