Santa Cruz Christian Church is still growing and serving through the pandemic!

The church has seen many new members join the congregation this year! Seventeen new members have become a part of the church and eight members have been baptized. In addition, people in the community have heard the Good News as the church shared food with people in need. Santa Cruz Christian Church has delivered 400 bags of rice to homes all over Santa Cruz de Yojoa.

In the midst of the pandemic, the pastors have been teaching about God’s faithfulness and trusting Him through trials. We continue to pray that more people in the community will hear God’s Word and put their trust in Him. One sister in the church lost her job at the beginning of the pandemic. She is a single mother and faced many difficulties. She continued to trust in God, and today, she is working for 2 small businesses. 

Prayer requests and praises:

• Pray for a greater commitment of leaders to the church.

• Pray for the health and safety of our congregation.

• Pray for God’s provision and protection as we continue to grow.

• Praise that we have seen God’s power protecting and providing all the needs for the church even in difficult circumstances.

• Praise that more people have come to know Christ through the church.
