Host a shoebox drive!

Shared by Audra, Lifeline's Sponsorship Development Director

A lot of love can fit in a small package!

Each time I travel in field to help deliver gifts to the children, I am filled with joy when I see expressions of gratitude, as the children unveil their gifts.  I am so thankful for the sponsors who love on their kiddos in this way because it is a tangible blessing in their lives.

I am also thankful for the churches and partners who have invested in donating shoe-box gifts for children who do not have a sponsor.  So many children do not receive a gift!  Each year, we collect hundreds, if not thousands, of shoe-box gifts to bless the children who do not receive a gift.

But there is a deficit.  We have a significant need for more shoe-box gifts!

We invite you to join the shoe-box challenge and help increase our supply of these precious gifts so that no only can we bless the children in our schools without sponsors, but children in our churches and communities.  These gifts are a great tool for us to share the love of Christ with thousands of children and what a great opportunity for our churches to outreach to those in need of some hope!
