Look What Your Generosity Set in Motion
When Elvia's husband lost his job, her family faced a difficult reality: there wasn't always enough food.
Her husband and two sons rely on temporary work, so their income isn't guaranteed. But during one of their hardest seasons, Elvia received Lifeline meals.
“I feel like a huge blessing because it comes at a time when our family had nothing,” Elvia shared. “The Lifeline meals were the only food we had for an entire month.”
An entire month!
But the impact didn't stop with Elvia's family.
Later, Elvia got to experience the joy of sharing Lifeline meals with others in Honduras. She traveled with a local leader to a church in another community.
“They're grateful and even ask about Lifeline meals,” she shared. The food that reached Elvia's home was now reaching others.
That's what your generosity can help set in motion.
When you give through Lifeline, you're doing more than helping put meals on the table. You equip local churches and people who are serving their neighbors. A meal can meet an immediate need while opening the door for relationships, connection with the local church, and the hope of Christ.
“I thank God and the people who send Lifeline meals to Honduras,” Elvia said, “because they are doing a great act of charity for those of us who need it.”
She's talking about people like you.
Your generosity will impact families and communities where God is at work.
“Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.”
