COME ALONGSIDE LOCAL LEADERS TO SERVE

Overview

Denver, Colorado, is a vibrant city that blends the best of urban living with a love for the outdoors, creating a unique cultural atmosphere. Known as the "Mile-High City" due to its elevation, Denver boasts a thriving arts scene, rich history, and diverse communities. The city's culture is deeply rooted in a mix of western heritage and progressive innovation, making it a place where tradition meets modernity in exciting ways. Denver’s culture invites all to experience its creative energy and natural beauty.

Every trip is designed in partnership with the local leaders. We work together to determine meaningful opportunities for people to experience what God is doing in Colorado. There are many ways for teams to learn, participate, and serve in ministry alongside others in Colorado. The primary goal in all of the ministries is to make a kingdom impact in their community!

Trip contributions

Trips start at $100+ per day (minimum of 3 days) plus your transportation. Trip cost includes: lodging*, most meals*, Lifeline field guide, pre-trip training, local ministry operations donation; supporting services, background check, and a Lifeline t-shirt. A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person locks in your trip date.

Please note: Lifeline Christian Mission considers the contributions received for all trips to be tax-deductible; therefore this is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your trip, trip contributions already sent to Lifeline may be used for a future trip with Lifeline or designated as a ministry donation.

Not included in the trip contribution:

  • Transportation to/from the ministry location
  • Travel in the ministry location. Groups must bring or rent vehicles suitable for daily transport to/from the job site. Because we may serve in rural areas, the drive may be up to an hour each way.
  • Fuel costs during the week
  • Personal snacks and drinks in addition to those provided by Lifeline
  • Occasionally, teams may be asked to purchase a few incidental supplies needed such as cleaning supplies, paint brushes, etc.
  • Hotel cost if there is no lodging available with our partners
  • Flight interruption costs such as hotel, meals, etc. during travel to/from the mission or expenses incurred as a result of canceled flights, delays or missed flights for any reason

  • Souvenirs
  • And all costs related to extended stay for any reason

Number of team members

We intentionally focus on smaller team sizes for a better overall trip experience for the goers as well as the receivers. 5-15 team members is the ideal size to allow the team to have a more personal experience as they interact with one another and with the community they are going to serve. A smaller team size also allows for deeper conversations and bonding experiences on the field. And this small size prevents the location we are visiting from being overwhelmed.
